Welcome to the Office of Design & Construction

The primary responsibilities of the unit are as follows:

• Direct participation in the development and maintenance of the comprehensive university long range facility plan and supporting documents.
• Administer the capital improvement process.
• Provide optimal capital project information, coordination and review opportunities for all segments of the university community.
• Provide liaison with appropriate Federal, State and local agencies on matters related to planning, design and construction.
